Mother of Baby P plans to set up home with lesbian she met in prison who was jailed for raping and torturing woman with learning difficulties
Tracey Connelly became close with rapist and torturer Toni Hewitson while both were serving time at HMP Low Newton in Durham and the pair were said to sneak into each other’s cells.
