Campaigners demand top floors of new-build blocks of flats in Oxford be sliced off to end blight of dreaming spires – at a cost of £30m

Campaigners have described the Castle Mill development in Port Meadow, Oxford, as a ‘horrible eyesore’ and believe the six blocks of student flats should be reduced in height.
